Vegas Wireless Enteratinment was
founded in 2004 under the direction of Mr. Paul Ramsay, Mr. Richard Rusiniak and Mr. Chris Feges. The company
has since grown by leaps and bounds, specializing in
groundbreaking wireless technologies. Our mission is
to provide intricate and complex wireless solutions
to the gaming and financial sectors.
Paul Ramsay is the co-founder of Vegas Wireless Entertainment.

Capital Inc., a Capital Pool Company.
President, Director and co-founder of
Nanovest Corporation, an investment company focusing
on technology commercialization.
Mr. Ramsay was a co-founder of Cymat
Corp. a TSE-listed company which had a market capitalization
of approximately $150 million upon his resignation
in 2002. Between 1990 and 2002, Mr. Ramsay has concentrated
in management and marketing of new products for Cymat
and was instrumental is securing the Stabilized Aluminum
Foam (SAF) license from Alcan International Ltd. Mr.
Ramsay was Vice President responsible for marketing
and business development from March 2000 to March
2002, established the first automotive tier one co-development
program with Valeo, France. From November 1998 to
March 2000 he was Chief Executive Officer and he was
a director from June 1998 to August 2002. Mr. Ramsay
was an investment advisor from 1983 to 1987.
Richard Rusiniak is a director and co-founder of Nanovest Corporation, an investment company focusing on technology commercialization.
Between 1990 and 2002, Mr. Rusiniak, was co-founder, president, CFO and CTO of Cymat Corp., where he was instrumental in the company’s successful growth from conception through OTC, IPO and a TSE listing. When he left in 2002, the company had a market capitalization of approximately $150 million. Mr. Rusiniak was instrumental in securing the Stabilized Aluminum Foam (SAF) technology license from Alcan international Ltd. and participated in negotiations and the purchase of a license agreement with Norsk Hydro of Norway.
Mr. Rusiniak was president of Electrosport inc., a mechanical design-engineering firm, from 1988
to 1990. From 1978 to 1988, he was project manager with Long Manufacturing, an automotive parts supplier and also worked with the Ontario Research Foundation, a research and development facility. Projects on which he has consulted include NASA’s Zero Gravity Program, Atomic Energy of Canada’s Re-tubing Program and Hawker Siddeley’s Bi-Level Go Train Modularization.
Derrick Lampe has more than 15 years' experience in technology development.
As founder of Delphi Media Inc., he was a leader in developing DVD-based multi-functional new media products for coporate use.
In addition to his technical contributions, Mr. Lampe generated dynamic branding and marketing techniques which allowed corporate clients to reach their target markets more effectively. He won back-to-back awards in 2000 and 2001 for design and innovation in the industry.
His education in Economics at the University of Western Ontario complements his technological and marketing achievements to bring skills and experience that will contribute to VWE's growth.
Eric Trimble is an executive and lawyer with a strong history of using his broad skill base and experience to design and execute creative solutions to complex business and legal issues on a global scale. His career has included the leadership of corporate development, strategic planning, legal, risk management and finance functions, and he has experience doing business on the ground in more than 40 countries.
The breadth of Eric’s legal and business experience extends across industries and companies – from Harlequin Enterprises to The Molson Companies and its chemical specialty businesses Diversey Corporation and Novamax Technologies, to Bass Hotels, to contract CFO/CAO to a number of technology start-ups in Atlanta, to the Technical Standards & Safety Authority, and as a consultant to companies based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Japan.
Helping companies grow through strategic transactions has been a major focus of Eric’s career. He has successfully led more than 70 acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in 32 countries across 6 continents. In multiple industries, he has led all aspects of corporate development projects, from target identification through business integration to ensuring that every business benefit has been achieved and that all downside risks have been minimized.
Chris Feges is the co-founder of
Vegas Wireless Entertainment which commenced operations
in 2004. With more than 10 years of industry experience,
Feges has a diverse background in design, manufacturing,
operations and business strategy.
Prior to founding Vegas Wireless Entertainment, Feges
was Director of Business Development for TruCash Rewards,
a loyalty rewards and payment processing program. He
was responsible for not only developing key accounts
for the firm, but was instrumental in securing funding
for the company.
In the late 90’s, Feges was in charge of business
development for Allusion, a subsidiary of Cymat Corp.,
which distributed specialty building products to designers
and architects. His leadership contributed to the growth
of Cymat which achieved a market capitalization of $150
million dollars. During his tenure, Feges played an
integral part in the marketing and business strategy
of the product.
Matt Rusiniak has over seven years of experience in server deployment and infrastructure, web application development and network engineering.
He co-founded RPM Solutions in 2002 to meet the specific networking needs of niche small businesses. Matt specializes in optimized and efficient development, making use of tested and true industry practices. He has worked for various industry-leading corporations including OpenText and NVIDIA, gaining experience in all technical fields.
Matt graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in mathematics. He brings a strong technical portfolio that will ensure the continuous improvement and smooth operation of VWE.
